After removing the products margins by the operator, stack the EPE semi-finished products which stamped out by press machine into the area specified by conveyor line, and send them under the pusher, then automatically pushed to the eject station for waste discharging.

Place EPE on both sides of direction to jig, after heating of vertical hot plate, horizontally move via jig from one side of EPE to vertical plate, when vertical hot plate drops, quickly laminate with opposite side, to complete box-making.

Mainly used for cutting EPE, EVA, corrugated/honeycomb cardboard or materials with high toughness such as sponge etc.

Use PLC servo motor and adjust dimension in required, locate the length by our patented variable speed controlling roller. Mainly used for cutting EPE sheet horizontally and vertically. The tooling is automatically adjusted instead of the traditional manual tooling adjustment.

Use solenoid valve control oil pressure to make the cylinder drive down and up action of the punch, place  above cutting die to feel pressure and cut. Used for cutting, stamping of PVC and foam materials.
