Scarlet Sails Balakovo 2017
Prom “Scarlet sails” is a Russian holiday of graduates of secondary schools,(11 - class) celebrated in the city of St. Petersburg ( as it is celebrated in the city of Balakovo, but not as large-scale as in St. PETERSBURG) annually, as a rule, in the nearest to the longest white night Saturday (approximately 18-25 June).

On the holiday “Scarlet sails” can be accessed only by special invitation. (Unauthorized entry to the territory is not allowed)
Holiday in Balakovo spend as well as in St. Petersburg every Year!
In Balakovo the holiday takes place in the territory: Water stadium (Beach 1 -the residential district ) on a floating scene.
