You were wild, full of surprises, 2018!

It wasn’t my best shot on many instances and things in life, though God still had its way of showing signs and kept blessing me on things I don’t deserve.

The career, that’s truly challenging and rewarding - it’s never easy to be a Financial Advisor, yet I am enjoying it. I should be more consistent, so I’d be able to achieve my goals.

This family - that’s more challenging now than ever!!!

And the man, that I never thought existed. He’s just perfect. I don’t deserve a man this perfect.

To the man that I never thought I would meet,

To you, the man that brought so much color in this dull life,

You have made me believe in myself all over again

I’ve gained so much respect to myself, and in life all over again,

You, made me look at the world in a wonderful perspective, the one I forgot about, the one I believed on, but was erased by the challenges I had in the past.

Thank you.

For making me feel alive again

For giving me hope, trust, and so much love in every tiny thing in this world.

Before you came, you know how I stopped believing on almost everything.

I hated myself.

I hated life.

I wanted to trash and end my life in plenty ways I could think of.

It was dark. Hopeless. Empty.

And I never thought how one person could ever mean this much in another human.

I thought I knew love.

I thought I could be happy alone, yes, I tried several times rebuilding myself,

I never thought I’d ever need another person to make me happy.

But you proved me wrong.

You provided so much happiness, in all ways, big and small ways.

In ways that even in the past, someone called me needy, too dependent, insecure, and dragging.

But now, even on my dark moments, you never made me feel less than who I am.

I don’t understand how you do it, but you even get to lift up my spirit, by just being you.

I’m too blessed to have you.

I have made lots of mistakes in my life, over and over again, and I don’t think I’ll ever be deserving to have someone like you.

For choosing to love me everyday, even when you’re tired, you’re sick, you’re worried, and you’re lonely.

Thank you.

For being stern at random moments, for farting, for being such a bully, for taking too much care of me.

Thank you.

I just.

I just can’t believe I opened myself to you, transparently, all flaws, and what not.

And you, accepted me wholly despite our differences.

You’re too perfect.

You bring so much happiness in my life that I never thought I could ever have.

You’re just too perfect.

This, who I am now, is my worst and best, and yet there you are, loving me unconditionally.

Now I know what unconditional love means. And it’s beyond words could describe.

You make me too happy.

I don’t know how to live without you, and I never would want to.

Thank you, God. Thank you for making things fail in the past for this most wonderful gift you have prepared for me. I am truly grateful.
