When people talk about the scariest moment in SH4, the first thing that comes to mind is the first encounter with the twin victims, and I agree with them, but what scared me more was this moment when I returned from the other world and heard the sounds of a crowd of children crying, afraid to go forward because I could hear them but not see them, then I turned around and found this thing on the wall!!
