Donāt Come Down From The Cross!
Many of us have been to the cross, but the problem isnāt getting people to the cross, the problem is getting people on the cross. The problem isnāt that Heāll die with me, but that Iāll die with Him.
(Luke 14: 25A large crowd was following Jesus. He turned around and said to them, 26āIf you want to be my disciple, you must, by comparison, hate everyone elseāyour father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sistersāyes, even your own life. Otherwise, you cannot be my disciple. 27And if you do not carry your own cross and follow me, you cannot be my disciple.
28āBut donāt begin until you count the cost.
(Romans 6: 11In the same way, count you in rselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. 12Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires.
(Romans 12: 1Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of Godās mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to Godāthis is your true and proper worship.)
Get up on the cross and stay there, says the Lord!! Your help doesnāt come from ordinary man, but that of Me. Iām the One Whom will carry you through. Iām the One Whom is inexhaustible in your life. Iām the One Whom will secure the perimeter In which you step. Donāt step without Me, but know that Iām coming for you. Iām lifting you up even now. Iām calling to the ones whoāll not recede when called upon and will not hesitate to do My will. Iām The One! Iām the One counting that cost with you. Iām The One Whom is calling you in midnight hours to do My will. If youāre not available, then donāt begin the task. Donāt say I will, then courteously bow out. Iām The One Whom will shout down the mountain with you when youāve decided to cross tunnels alone. But to those whom are looking back as they cross, I say they are not fit for My kingdom. They are not attending to My side and saying My words, for they have crossed over into unattended areas. Back out of them, I say and come back to Me. Come back to the cross where you first began. For the enemy looks for those whom will cross his way instead of the Fatherās way. But I say to you today that youāve not gone too far that I cannot hear you. You have not gone too far that I cannot attend to your cry. But I The Lord reach for you in a deep and compassionate way. A loving way from your Father. I say to you today to incline to My ear as I will hear you perfectly as you call upon My name. Peace shall come and steady the road will become again. For I have loved you with an undying love as you will forever be My people of love. Love Me, today with all thy heart and see Me as that guide into all areas of your life for which you have searched. Love Me, says the Lord and peace shall come today. For today is the day of salvation as I hoist you up and receive you unto Myself, says the Lord your God.
