Just started new project! Recently I read “Blindness”, which I loved it and wanted to bring it to portfolio.
At first, I really focused on realistic characteristic of figures from the story but soon realized maybe it is too much drama and imagines about what if turn this into animation. Moving on to make decision to focus on one main drama happening during the whole story, I brought up to change characters’ age into teenage from 30-ish old (which brings the lighter mood on the plot). Furthermore, I decided to change the location where the main story happens in my story and only brought the ‘blindness’ illness from the original plot.
