Been suffering lately due to low caloric intake with high activity level. Moods and my energy levels are down even after I woke up. I am always tired to the point that I can't even take a joke or smile at work due to these physical changes.
Still I'm obliged to move and stay on track no matter what happens until I reach that single body fat goal.
Well at the end of day, the man who walks further is better than the man who likes the destination.
Just want to share my favorite lifetime home gym setup so far. A smith machine super rack with plate loaded cables and 20kg 7ft olympic bar, Ez-bar, short dumb bell bars, adjustable bench press with leg extension, leg curl & bicep curl, selectorized machine multi-station with lat pulldown, tri-grip plates & dumb bells set, and a 2.0HP treadmill.
Perks is, I can do all body part exercises on these equipment right at my doorstep. No more excuses for being lazy going to the gym since I already have the tools to execute my workout plan. My favorite 20% progress overall.
Well, I also included my rechargeable usb type-C weighing scale since 80% of my progress came from weighing foods. 😂
Will add up more machines like leg press with hack squat and lat pulldown machine with horizontal rows.
Kapagod mag cut. Pero sulit naman.
On-going and will go deeper until I reach single digit body fat %.
Currently at 129.2 lbs.
My cutting phase is so far looking good and things go through smoothly according to my plan. Hirap lang dahil nasa 1,400 calories nalang ako at nagsisimula na ako magkaroon ng signs ng mood swings at low energy level.
Dagdag ko pa yung high activity level. Resistance training. 18,000 steps daily. tapos 30-40mins cardio.
Well konting tiis nalang. 9 weeks remaining before I end my cut then balik bulk ulit.

Cutting ako as of now at 5 weeks ko na itong ginagawa na may disiplina.
Ganyan ako katagal nag build ng muscle. Ganito ko binago ang pangangatawan ko. 3x-4x per week ako nag reresistance training na may kasamang 10,000 steps at inclined LISS treadmill walking. Which I think, Working out is just 20% of my total effort only. I do endless progressive overload, master form and do tons of sleep to recover. I do a series of 4-6 months of bulking then 3 months of cutting to improve my overall body composition. I also track my progress using "Strong app".
The hardest part of all? Nutrition. 80% ng total effort ko dito nang galing. Getting the exact macros is quite challenging kasi almost 2-4 weeks bago ko mahanap ang maintenance calories ko. From time to time kasi, nagbabago maintenance calories ko due to lean gains. Dagdag mo pa yung pag weigh-in ng food ko na kino-consume sa food scale daily. Lahat ng calories ko, naka input sa myfitnesspal. Bago ko kainin, ginagawa kong habit ang timbang muna ng pagkain. Well, umabot na rin sa part na nagtatanong mga kawork ko na "bakit ko lagi tinitimbang food ko."
Isa lang lagi kong sagot dito. "I track my calories."
Mapa bulking man o cutting.
Yung dating motivation ko, wala na. Kasi automatic nang nakaprogram sa katawan ko na kailangan ko to' gawin. Naging disiplina at humantong na naging habit ko na rin. Pati yung pagtimbang ko pagkatapos umihi/tumae tuwing umaga bago pumasok sa work. Lahat naka track.
Umabot na rin ako sa point na pati sa work ko, naka track activities ko kaya araw-araw productive ang nagagawa ko. I always make sure that all task are done accordingly based on my timeline.
Share ko lang kasi lately, yung mga little efforts ko, ang laki ng balik. 🙂
Yung nasimulan ko na bagay, wala palang katapusan kong gagawin. 😂

Buti nalang ngayon at maluwag na kahit papaano. Hussle lang syempre yung presyo dahil ang mahal na ngayon 😅

Since December pa ako nag-apply para mag trabaho. Kaso di ako matanggap kasi COVID-19 SURVIVOR ako.
Hindi ko rin sila masisisi kung galing ako sa ganito pero nakakalungkot lang dahil hindi ako ma-employ due to my past physical health issues. Medical palang, Olats na.
Wishing na sana dumating na yung vaccine sa pinas dahil gusto ko nang makapag simula ulit.

Nagparapid test ako nung last week if may Covid ako. Turns out wala. Tapos this week, lumabas mga symptoms. May lagnat ako, sipon, sore throat, ubo, dry cough, joint pains at shortness of breath =( Isipin niyo na yung worst. Yun na yun hehe. Nahawa ako sa pinsan ko. Lintek.
Tigil ako sa lahat. Exercise, walang usap-usap at kahit ano. Nakakulong ako ngayon sa kwarto. Puro laro ML at CODM hahaha
