LOVE & FAMILY: “Natty Daddy” ‘79 Shovelhead by Nigel Mount (@nigelmadethis), built for longtime friend Braden (@nampsha9), dedicated to Braden and wife Sam’s baby daughter, Natilie, and finished just in time for the 100th anniversary of @laconiamcweek in Nigel’s home state of NH:

“We started only a few months after Nat was born, and he knew this bike would stay in the family, so in many ways Braden built this bike for her. This project truly was a labor of love.”

Paint by Ronnzoni (@hatemgraphics), @paughcoparts frame, Buell forks, 88” shovel engine, 70s funny car-inspired exhaust, and lots of fabwork.

“The first time Braden and Sam saw the bike was at the Gunstock Hill Climb show at the 100th of Laconia. It was also the first time my parents saw something of this caliber that I built… So this build was a big time personal redemption piece to get it done in time, bring the bike back to my home state and the rally where I built my first bike; it was a really proud moment considering all the things surrounding it.“

Full-Blown Brick: ‘86 BMW K100 by @ellaspede, who understood the work required to make an exceptional K100 custom:

“Their design is unmistakably unique and requires the owner to ‘go the whole way’ to make the most of the ‘Flying Brick’ look.”

The @ellaspede crew fabricated their own swingarm and linkage in-house, and the bike is running R1 forks with four-piston brakes, laser-cut side covers, custom-fabbed subframe / quick-release seat pan / electrical box, and much more.
