I will say the diet makes grocery shopping easy. I shop produce, frozen produce, and dairy for milk, yogurt, and cottage cheese. That’s it. ✌🏼 https://www.instagram.com/p/CGNiIQkHUTS/?igshid=86c6cel9skxr

Basically if it’s a white meat (6oz), a green veggie or a berry (1/3 cup) I’m allowed to have it. Ignore the whole milk. It’s my 1 cheat and I only get a cup of it a day, mostly for the nutritional side. It’s really the only fat I have in a given day. I’m not a huge dairy person. The goal is to eat more naturally (wild blueberries, natural PB. 😊) and start to feel better. Not having any sugars other than the berries for lunch has been a hard change. Intermittent fasting is getting much easier very quickly. My body didn’t know what to do at first and I was exhausted, I didn’t know how to burn protein as energy instead of sugars. I’m starting to adapt and feel better. This whole pandemic has brought the best and the worst of a lot of us. Luckily my schedule has barely been effected thus far, I have a job, I prefer my home to anything else, and I have my guard dog alert and ready. That being said, I don’t need a lot to get by. I also don’t have a lot to give, mostly because I require so little. Basically, remember you’re not the only one with baggage. We all have it. Take this as both a statement of understanding (“I feel you”) and also one of warning (Not everyone can carry much more). You don’t know where someone’s at until it’s to late, it’s not your place to push them just because you can’t see what they carry. Hold you weight, help if you can, don’t overload someone else.
