I'm Bella Johansen and i have been struggling with chronic Anorexia Nervosa for over a year and a half. In January i started full time recovery and haven't looked back. I am no where near cured yet but am making positive progress! Recovery is not easy but its the best decision i've made in my entire life! For anyone struggling out there whether it be with anorexia, bulimia, EDs, body distortian or just self love this blog is for you and me! Join me on my journey to a fitter, happier and healthy life!
