TONIGHT, WE CHANGE THE ENDING!

 She   slams   her locker with force ,    sound ricocheting off the walls of the empty hallway.     The snicker has set her off ,   and before she knows it ,   her vision’s   blurring ,   throat closing.     Rage renders each breath so   violent ,   she doesn’t know whether to hold them in or let out a banshee’s scream.    (   Her rage is likely misguided ,  or so she tries to tell herself.   Who says Hayley’s not laughing at something inconsequential ,    something   entirely   unrelated ?     Every little noise digs her nails further in to her palms.    Soon ,   they’ll draw blood.    Every text tone.   The smallest vibrate.     She can’t hold back.   )    ❛❛    –– -  You think this is funny ?     People are   dead ,  and you think this is some joke ?   ❜❜

‘  there’s a party tomorrow night. you wanna come?  ’   serial killers and mass mobs aren’t quite the same, but they’ve certainly had some shared life experiences. it’s only fate that they’d end up rooming together, far away from towns that wanted them dead.  ‘  it’ll be fun. promise.  ’

❛❛   𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞  offering ourselves to the masses is a good idea ?   ❜❜     It’s a healthy concern   –– -    between the two of them and their early alphabet-list celebrity ,    people are bound to recognize one ,   if not   both   of them.      And given their track records ,    large crowds of people and name recognition ?    Not exactly the most safe for them.
