It was mostly a mix of mental and physical exhaustion from the fight with the Inferno, and a short spout of depression?

I like to think that Colle after the inferno fight just- finally let everything sink in. And once he really realized ‘I can’t..go home.’ He sorta- cracked?

So in an effort to help Colle not drown in the rapids that is depression Desert, Obsidian and Winter came around and regularly would help Colle out with these small things.

Gen would 100% try and visit Colle OR,,sometimes get caught trying to drag Colle off to the green kingdom and has to be told to put the mortal back Genesis because he’s fragile and hurting

As for the Ruin claws they-! Did..not mean to claw up Colles leg the way they did, so when Ruin was- well Indigo again. He felt HORRIBLE after seeing the healing but scarred up leg, Colle spent maybe a good few minutes reassuring Indigo that his leg was okay.

Even though Indigo could clearly see the physical limp Colle would be left with permanently because of the damage done to the tissue and- well everything.

Colle actually, kinda hid the injury from his friends (Beef, Sharp, Goggles) and Boss for awhile, but he could not avoid them for long

And boyyyyy did Beef have some WORDS about safety with monsters and injury recovery and how Colle should have come to him for help blah blah blah-

Colle got the wholllllleeee lecture

#and of course Beef would check the on injuries Colle gained from the inferno fight #I like to hc Beef is the BEST when it came to medical training between the Elites #he of course would need too with being the threat assessment #has to tend to his own wounds #the red kingdom remembers a time when they had no medics #that was..a bad time for them.#🌑#AHEM anyway #small Colle hc of mine #he’s got a permanent limp that was kinda solidified after his leg was mangled by the Ruin #the injuried leg was NOT easy to hide after the inferno fight #Colle was one of the few that was in a reallly realllllllyyyy bad spot #steve legends #favermysaber #it has something to do with minecraft

Can i get some tidbits about Calamity actually? Curious of them

Yes yes!!

Calamity is a hybrid between a Yellow and Red Steve, one of first few hybrids that exists

They are a funky sunrise lookin fella!! He’s got some curved antlers like ram horns!!

Calamity also has a funky mutation, they have 2 tails, that’s right THEY GOT 2!!! >:3

Calamity is a tradesmen, and usually just transports gems or other important smithing materials between kingdoms.

Calamity was raised up in the Red kingdom but would occasionally visit the yellow kingdom !!

Can your steves shed/ regrow their horns like deer?

YES! Mainly the ones with antlers

It’s more of a seasonal thing? Eventually they get really really itchy, and then a Red Steve (let’s say Colle) will just

Rub their antlers against any rough surface, walls- rocks, trees, Obsidain Steve’s and such

And then one rough shake of the head later and POP! The antlers fall off

#Colle did this head shake around Desert once #and it freaked him TF OUT #Forest however #having antlers knew this was normal #it has something to do with minecraft #steve legends #favermysaber #headcanons
