Why is Tumblr so dead?

Bring the internet traffic back to tumblr... bring fandom back.. not just mindless scrolling, but actually thinking about what you are going to post and putting passion & thought behind it.

(I've fallen under the "mindless scrolling" epidemic but I want to BREAK FREE)

*Also apparently posting .m4v is universally hated by tumblr, for all the tumblr users still out there. Is anybody out there? I feel like I am writing into the void. To get back on track, so when posted video to tumblr make sure your videos are in .mp4 format otherwise Tumblr will eject your video. I turned .Mov years ago and it never worked for me so I'll stick to one format and that it .mp4 (it takes up less space then .mov anyway).

Kirk Gleason: literally almost every single job in Stars Hollow. (Except for maybe Luke’s diner and Lorelai’s Dragonfly Inn?)

Judy Cooper: Bowling Alley, Hotel, audiobook narrator, tour guide, real estate agent in training, and probably more that i can’t remember.

so I’m watching resident alien rn and one thing I love about this show is how they dont force together the two main characters (and this is in no way disrespect to other shows, I do love most of the couples and romance plots) but this show really shows platonic love with harry and asta. Like these two would die for each other and literally make big sacrifices for each others well-being, but not in a romantic way. They also show it in a very realistic way, and I just feel like it’s not shown that much in most shows.

Bring on more of that platonic love. Not everything has to be romantic, and definitely not everything has to be sexual.

As someone who is asexual I would love to see more platonic love represented on screen, and Harry/Asta are such a good blueprint.
