I really wish my plurality was easily spelled out. Knowing if im disordered or not. Just hard accepting I’m plural again after a whole summer of denial after getting fakeclaimed ONCE by an irl. I’m still scared to do my own research because of it. Idk how to write any of this out :p

facts about my system below, mainly so I can come back to it later (or if anyone wants to help diagnose me):

I don’t have any amnesia, I think. I remember somewhat of what my headmates do, just not all of it like I can in front.

I never read childhood trauma, but I did have teenage trauma. I either forced myself or naturally forgot most of it.

Going on from the trauma, my first headmate showed up in my head right when I hit rock bottom of my depression, but she didn’t front until after I began healing.

not all of my headmates come from trauma (I think???). Chance showed up when I was roleplaying as him, then got stuck as him. Um some just form out of nowhere at extreme desire for something

im rambling now, but only one of our headmates was willoed. It was by Chance who wanted a Mafioso headmate.
