I need someone persistent... someone who, when I say I’m going to bed, bugs me to stay awake and not just say “okay, goodnight” so I know they enjoy my company even if it’s over text.

I need someone insistent... someone who, when I doubt if they really love me or want to spend time with me, will grab my arms and shake me and tell me “you are what I want, nothing else so just shut up and accept it.

I need someone who is confident... someone who knows how they feel and doesn’t step down from expressing those feelings, whether about me or anything else. I don’t want to have to worry about being lead on.

I need someone who is consistent... someone who will be there everyday to ask me how my day is going or was. Someone who won’t go three days without messaging me after all to say “sorry, I’ve been busy”. At least give me a warning that you’re going to be busy the next few days so that I know.
