you understand that there's nothing wrong with wanting people to pay attention to you, right? it's not intrinsically evil, you are allowed to want to be seen. you can do it in soft and nice and good ways, but you don't even have to. you can just want to be seen.

Doing something with the utmost care doesn't mean it will be perfect and it doesn't mean it will be the best you can do - it is just about trying and being intentional, but knowing when to accept you're doing the best you can in the present moment and being willing to enjoy it and show it rather than waiting for it to be "ready" beyond what's reasonable for you
