Changes............ I watched spring unfold before my eyes this year in a way I have never noticed before. Those hour walks during isolation along the same paths watching the same tress waking from winter, duckling appear and grow, flower beds come to life with colour. And now for many of us in local isolation we get to watch nature get ready for winter, the leaves are changing colours, flowers are dying and those little ducklings are swimming on their own. It's going to feel like a long winter this year for most of us but if nature has taught us anything it's that change isn't bad, we have to go through periods of change to come back taller, brighter and with a few more feathers. How much would we change as people by spring if we followed nature, rested, nourished ourselves and took some "me" time ready to shine brighter than ever in spring. The power of words! As the future looks more uncertain and rules get more confusing please remember your words could have an lasting impact. Please remember that social media is such a tiny snippet of someone's day and maybe not even the day they have posted it. We know what others chose to tell us (remember all the funny videos I did, then remember the video of the day of my dad's funeral). There is a difference between giving advice and informing someone over attacking and bullying someone. Your words say more about you then they do the other person.
