Does anyone else get the Summertime Sadness? My anxiety has been up lately, & here and there I’ve been getting close to tears

I spent the whole day writing in my journal, trying to finish this thing. I’ve had the same little, red journal since Senior year of high school, and it’s taken so long to finally finish it. I’ve probably written in it more this year than any other. The main thing that I see from it is, how much growth I’ve made. I’ve gone from writing and caring about silly, little things like TV shows and how much I loved them to my relationships with past boyfriends, family, and friends, and amazing adventures I’ve taken. As time passed, I realized that I wanted my journal to be something positive, that I could look back at. I started to write in it more to deal with racing thoughts, and anxiety, and it’s helped me so much! This is definitely going somewhere safe when it’s complete.
