ppl who are against race changing are genuinely confusing to me 😭😭
Like... if you believe in infinite realities, then there are literally endless versions of you that exist with every possible appearance, background, and experience you could imagine.
So why would choosing to shift to a reality where you're a different race be a problem? 😭
if you think that it's impossible or wrong, you just don't understand the concept of having an infinity of realities.
ㅤ
“ppl who are against race changing are genuinely confusing to me.” your the confused one here. because if you genuinely can’t grasp the fact that individuals have the capacity to stick to their morals despite given the temptation of endless possibilities then obviously you lack conviction and restraint.
“there are endless versions of you that exist with every possible appearance, background, and experience you could imagine.” if I lived under a rock — this quote would actually sound beautiful. but it doesn’t. because with just ONE POST you’ve managed to discredit the amount of struggle poc experience by choosing to cherry pick a race you believe is aesthetic.
ㅤusing the excuse of scripting out racism doesn’t justify race changing. instead — it makes me more aware of your ignorance. race is not only a racial construct, but an experience that shapes you as a person due to the systemic racism n oppression that spans across the multiverse. so the fact you have so ignorantly decided to shift to a reality where your poc, don’t have to struggle and fight systemic oppression is a slap in the face of minorities who have to deal with that same oppression you decide to forget about because you have the lack of empathy n privilege to.
and this isn’t me saying that being poc is rooted in the injustice that they face — but rather it shapes them in unrecognisable ways that non poc cannot fathom.
“if you think that it’s impossible or wrong, you just don’t understand the concept of having infinity of realities.” actually, i do understand the multiverse. I understand it like the palm of my hand because all of it is just energy that we inhale n exhale. but I don’t think you do. or at least that’s what I believe. because you CAN be aware of the fact that you have a poc version of yourself throughout the universe. but that doesn’t give you the inherent right to experience that version of yourself. not when you in this reality haven’t gone through poc experiences.
now this post isn’t just targeted at you op, but also all the other race changers who love to stay ignorant. now please take this post with a grain of salt, because i am not responsible for your feelings.

@emitem1 You're honestly just talking nonsense. You're probably a white female who thinks she knows everything because you just want something to make fake activism about 😭😭 genuinely, stfu.
If you think that just because you haven't lived "POC experiences" you can't shift as a POC, then you're dumb asf 🤣
There are just as many realities where POC experience injustice as there are realities where they live completely normal lives. SO WHY are you basing your logic on this one reality?
Again, you're putting this reality on a pedestal.
Using your own logic (and considering there are infinite realities), would a POC in a reality where white people face the same injustices that POC face here be unable to shift as a white person?
Do you realize how dumb that sounds?
Morality doesn't exist on a universal scale, as harsh as that may sound. You can base your morals on this reality, but don't try to apply them to every possible reality because that logic falls apart.
And don't even try to tell me that people can't shift as POC because of the injustices we face. I've experienced plenty of injustice myself, and seeing people like you use those experiences to push your own ideology genuinely pisses me off.
I bet you haven't experienced even 1/50 of the injustice I've faced, yet you're using those experiences to support your argument. You're probably a privileged white woman who thinks she's helping POC with a little rant full of fancy words just so you can feel like an activist.
You're not helping us. You're just discrediting our experiences to validate your fake activism.
ㅤㅤㅤ
i wasn’t gonna respond to this but i feel like i have to, because I don’t find you going after my friend amusing in any sort of way. after this reply i will not be entertaining you.
“You're honestly just talking nonsense. You're probably a white female who thinks she knows everything because you just want something to make fake activism about 😭😭 genuinely, stfu.” i’m actually jewish Aboriginal thank you! but yes i am white presenting. although I don’t understand how my race has anything to do with this discussion. because in my previous post i was simply talking about the morality of race changing. and yes i do use the term race changing! it’s easier to identify someone with lack of brains that way. and no, my post wasn’t about me knowing “everything” (as you put it) and being a fake activist. instead i wanted to speak my mind on MY blog about how the morality of race changing is wrong. because yes, it is wrong. and just because in the multiverse theirs a version of you who’s of a different race, doesn’t mean you should shift their as that version of you.
“There are just as many realities where POC experience injustice as there are realities where they live completely normal lives. SO WHY are you basing your logic on this one reality?” sorry, I should’ve been more clear on what I am basing my logic on. and that is every reality where poc faces injustice within the multiverse. i referred to this reality because at this point of time, i’m most connected to it and have a better understanding.
“Using your own logic (and considering there are infinite realities), would a POC in a reality where white people face the same injustices that POC face here be unable to shift as a white person?” yes! that’s literally all im going to say. because like i said, it is morally wrong. i find it to be MORALLY WRONG. how many times do i have to say this???
“Morality doesn't exist on a universal scale, as harsh as that may sound. You can base your morals on this reality, but don't try to apply them to every possible reality because that logic falls apart.” just because the universe isn’t aware of morality doesn’t mean you should abound yours. saying this leads to extremely flawed rhetoric. and your right, morality does fall apart if applied in the same context against every reality — that’s why intersectionality exists.
“And don't even try to tell me that people can't shift as POC because of the injustices we face. I've experienced plenty of injustice myself, and seeing people like you use those experiences to push your own ideology genuinely pisses me off.” i would like to remind you of what i said in my previous post — “this isn’t me saying that being poc is rooted in the injustice that they face — but rather it shapes them in unrecognisable ways that non poc cannot fathom.”
“I bet you haven't experienced even 1/50 of the injustice I've faced, yet you're using those experiences to support your argument. You're probably a privileged white woman who thinks she's helping POC with a little rant full of fancy words just so you can feel like an activist.” you’re right, I haven’t faced the same injustice that you have. but I am accustomed to prejudice. my mum is disabled, I grew up in domestic violence, my own step brother assaulted me, and there was no justice dealt. and im not saying this because it’s a competition, I’m sharing my own experiences that i’ve had to navigate by myself. and I’m sure you have had to navigate these injustices by yourself as well. and my “rant” wasn’t to “feel” like an activist, it was to share my morals and for you to hopefully rethink yours. although i understand that you most likely won’t. and that’s fine. but just because you don’t believe in the same thing as me doesn’t give you the right to label everyone “fake activists”. it’s not only rude, but your also discrediting yourself by saying this.
if you would like a better understanding of morality, a good friend of mine (@dracuthea) made a beautiful post speaking about morals.

hii hii emiii, how are youuu?? just wanted to say that i saw your reblog on the race changing topic && i agree with you so so much!! it baffles me how some people can only see race as an aesthetic thing (like the asian fetishist who only want to be asian/with an asian person for aesthetics, aka a lot of the kpop shifters too) when race is a literal social construct that shapes a person && what they experience!! (i love social classes if you can't tell)
but anyways, lots of love!! :p
thank you so much!!!! and yes!!!! yes!!!!!!!!!!!!! race is incredibly complicated and so much more then just some “aesthetic”. it’s honestly troubling seeing so many who believe that it is… theirs seriously a lack of empathy n consideration floating around in the community. also im great mimi!!!! i appreciate you dropping in :33 sending you lots n lots n lots of love!!!!!!!
