Also, not only is health not just determined on the outside, but as someone who works out regularly and has not “lost weight” (whatever that means right) healthy looks white mean skinny and ugly 😭 Like that’s what we’ve been taught. If I hated myself I’d cardio away all my fat and that would be it. I wouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable, but I also wouldn’t feel like me.
