It was summer time and Drew had a day off. He wanted to share with you one of his favorite things to do, and so he took you to volunteer with some of his old Greenpeace friends.

It was a busy day for both of you. Unfortunately, you two didn't get to stick together throughout the entire event, but you didn't really mind since you were volunteering and spreading the word about our environment. You were working when you felt a pair of eyes on you. You looked up to see Drew staring at you in awe. When you made eye contact, he smiled widely at you and resumed his work.

It was finally the end of the day, and you and Drew were headed home.

"You were amazing, Juliana. You are amazing." He kissed the side of your head and opened the car door open for you.

You thanked him, and got in the car. Before closing the door he leaned in for a soft kiss, "I love you, you know that?"

You nodded and kissed him again before saying, "I love you, too."

Emblem3 had just left for tour, and you were on your way home from dropping them off at the airport. During the entire drive, you couldn’t help but think about how empty your apartment was going to be without Keaton. You knew that you two would talk often through Skype, texts, and calls. And you were actually going to go see him in a month or so. But, it still wasn’t the same. Home wouldn’t be the same.

You parked your car in the garage and headed to your apartment. When you opened the door, Zuni greeted you as you walked into your living room. You saw a big box with a big bow on the coffee table. There was a note that said, “To keep you and Zuni company while I’m away. Love, Keats”

Curious you opened the box, and inside was a Russian Blue kitten sleeping. You couldn’t help but coo at it. You gently picked it up and set it on your lap on the couch.

You sent him a text with a picture of the kitten on your lap saying, “Thank you for little Rambles. Love you :)”

He responded, “Hi, Rambles :) I’ll call you when I land, babe. I love you too!”

The two of you decided to go to the pier today, Kenny’s drum in hand as well as a sign that said, “No cash, just smiles”. You set up your equipment and started singing. Within a few notes of the song, the crowd started to flock in to watch the two of you. 

You were about to say your goodbyes to crowd when Kenny interrupted, “Before we go, I would like to perform a song I wrote for my lovely girlfriend.”

You were surprised, but you beamed at him and urged him to start. As he plucked the first few notes, the crowd grew silent. When he finished you were on the verge of tears, but decided to hold them in. You mouthed a “Thank You” to him. You thought that was all that there was and was getting ready to put all of your stuff away. However, you saw him get down on one knee.

“I love you more than life. I love you more than music. My nightingale, will you marry me?”

You smiled widely. And nodding your head ferverously you said, “Yes. Yes. Yes!”

The crowd broke into an applause as you hugged.

You had just flown in to LA, and it was incredibly late. The boys had picked you up from LAX, and you were now headed back to Huntington Beach. Wesley sat next to you in the back while Drew drove and Keats sat shotgun. You were leaning against him and he had one arm around you while the other held your hand. He was drawing lazy circles on your arm as he hummed in your ear, and next thing you knew you had fallen asleep.

You stirred awake when you felt yourself being carried, you started to protest but Wes said, “I’ve got you, love. Just go back to sleep.” Too tired to disagree, you let him carry you in. He laid you on his bed, and took off your jacket and your socks. You were left with your jeans and a tank top. He didn’t want you to be uncomfortable, so he replaced your jeans with one of his shorts. Within a few minutes after that, you felt his weight on the bed and his arm snake around your waist.

You felt light fingers tracing something on your back, waking you up. It took you a second to remember that you were in Huntington Beach and that Wesley had carried you in. You decided not to let him know that you were awake just yet. You wanted to see what he was tracing on your back. You felt him spell your name and his, as well as “I love you”.

You couldn’t help it, you turned to face him and said it back, “I love you too, Wes.”

"Sorry, babe. I didn’t mean to wake you." You shook your head to let him know it was fine. "How was your sleep?"

"It was nice. You? Did you get some sleep?"

He shook his head no and explained, “I’ve wanted to say something since the car ride but you were so tired — I wanted you to get some rest first.” You thanked him for that, but asked him what was bothering him.

"Can you turn back around?" Curious, you obliged to his request. He slowly traced letters on your skin again. You felt his feather-like fingers spell the words "Marry me?" and your breath hitched. You turned around and kissed him hard.

When you stopped for air, you whispered a “Yes” upon his lips and returned to kissing him with fervor. You felt him smile against the kiss and only held you tighter.

You let out a deep sigh. The school day was just taking too long. You were pretty sure it was the longest Friday of your life. You just wanted it to end. You were finally seeing Keaton tomorrow, and you wanted to go home and make sure everything was in place for his stay. Your parents had agreed to let him stay the week.

You couldn’t believe it. It was your last class and it just wasn’t going fast enough. You put your head down on your desk when your classroom door opened.

"Is there an Alisha in this class?" You look up at the sound of your name and stare curiously at the boy. When your teacher confirmed that you were in that class, three other boys walked in carrying bouquets of flowers. They were all directed to your seat, and they settled the flowers on your desk. In one of the bouquets there was a note that said, "I can’t wait to see you! -Keaton"

You sat in class, incredibly giddy and even more excited to see him tomorrow. When finally the bell rang, you grabbed the flowers and your things and headed home.

When you got home, you told your mom about what Keaton did, but stopped mid-sentence when you saw Keaton standing in your living room.

He beamed at you, “Surprise.”

You rushed towards him in an embrace, almost taking you both down.

You were spending the summer with your boys. It was July and finally time for the OC Fair. Keaton had promised to take you since the night you arrived — and you were finally going. Today. The two of you figured that since Emblem3 was performing at the Pacific Amphitheater at the Fair Venue that night, that you two would make a day of it. The drive from Surf City to Costa Mesa wasn’t bad, and you couldn’t believe you were finally there. He got your tickets, and the two of you headed into the venue. The two of you were deciding on what you wanted to do first — eat, play or ride.

"Ashlyn, babe. Why don’t we go grab a quick bite of funnel cake and then play some games?" You nodded in agreement, a bright smile on your face.

After taking loads of silly pictures what with Keaton somehow getting powdered sugar on his face, the two of you went off to play some games. He won you a big banana which you named Barry. You guys then went on all the rides except for La Grande Wheel — he promised to take you after the show.

Next thing you knew, it was 7 PM and Keaton had to be at the amphitheater. So you both rushed over there, and you decided to watch from backstage. At the end of the show, you and Keaton said your goodbyes to Drew and Wes before heading off to the ferris wheel.

The two of you handed your tickets to ride and got in the car. You just sat there with his arm around you, and you leaning against him. The two of you spent most of it in silence simply enjoying the company and the view.

When your car stopped at the top you said, “Thank you for today. It was amazing.”

He pecked your cheek in response, “I’m glad you had fun. That’s all that matters to me.”

You and Drew had decided to go back up to Washington to spend the weekend. You met some of the boys’ older friends and Drew’s mom. The two of you were currently going for a drive to who-knows-where, but every time you ask him he only says, “It’s a surprise.” After a few attempts on trying to get him to spill, you decided to just enjoy the silence and the scenery. That’s one of the few things you loved about being around Drew — silence was comfortable. No words had to be said as long as the two of you were together.

He broke the silence first, “Okay, Christina. I give. I don’t want to tell you where we’re going but I’m so excited about it I want to tell you.”

You chuckled at him and said, “It’s alright, babe. You don’t have to tell me if you want. I can wait. I’m pretty excited too.”   You suggested he sing something for you to keep his mouth occupied since you’re pretty sure making out while driving isn’t safe.

He sang to you during the remainder of the drive — your own personal juke box. You guys finally stopped at the edge of a small forest. He opened the door for you and led you out. The walk wasn’t very long, and he led you to a clearing with several flowers here and there. It was his favorite spot and he wanted to share it with you. The two of you stayed there laying or sitting on the grass, talking or just looking at the sky in awe.
