Step 3: Getting the parts
Drone building for hobbyist has grown significantly over the last few years and most parts are easily available online. In fact there are too many alternatives to choose from so understanding what configuration and specifications of each means might be a bit tricky for newbees like me. Internet research definitely helps, but thankfully, I had some colleagues who are experienced and kindly helped a few of us to get started. Here are a list of things that I needed: 1. Motors: These are one of the most important parts of the drone. There are two types of motors: brushed motors and brushless motors.
