Bonus Hannah without the weapon + ego gift covering her up. I wish I made the suit itself a bit fancier (looks really plain for an Aleph, but I suppose so does Da Capo) but the curtain gown-train is fun regardless. Maybe I'll add a bit more flourish when I'm less strapped for time.
Last abno in the animal+color idiom trio! I like this one I think it’s pretty cute. Also, for my previous abno crimes in making Express Train to Hell part two, this guy benefits the facility a lot more than it harms. Do enjoy, as usual yap below the cut!
This one is certainly much more messily built. I basically had an idea and went “how strong can I make this” so uh. Yeah!
BLACK SHEEP: WAW
an abno that mostly plays off the idea of not fitting in. It’s a sheep, but not quite. It’s got horns on its cheeks and a sharp maw. I’m gonna go straight into game mechanics though because that’s the stuff I find fun and between the three abnos, I thought about this one the least- I like making game mechanics I don’t think much about the meanings lol.
I did make it a cute little portrait sketch though! It’s the only one I made one for because I had a sudden idea and it felt too perfect.
ALRIGHT GAMEPLAY MECHANICS! Due to my previous abno crimes this one benefits the facility more than it harms upon a breach. Whoever the last employee to perform attachment work on it is will get a cute little Shepard staff and the abno will begin to follow them around! It won’t attack them, but other abnos in the facility will begin to path toward the sheep and attack the employee and sheep both. If none are out or it’s just like, a TETH or something, a random HE, WAW, or rarely ALEPH will breach. Right now this definitely seems like a mixed bag, but this is where the gimmick comes into play!
If you’re able to take down every abno actively on the sheep, which by the way the employee holding the staff isn’t able to help with, the sheep gets a fun power up! It swaps form into a big, vaguely draconic sheep and will protect the employee holding its staff, and only that employee. The employee also regains the ability to attack stuff. If the employee the sheep follows is instead killed by the abnos, or the sheep itself is killed, it will swap forms and turn on the rest of the employees in the facility instead.
While it’s out it does count as a breached abno on the end of the day management report, so you will eventually have to kill it if you don’t want a penalty.
It’d do black damage because 1- that’s its color, all three abnos I’ve made so far follow this theme, and 2- it bites you and it’s a giant dragon sheep. That’s gotta hurt and also destroy your mind. I dunno friend.
this thing is probably not balanced at all, but I think it’d be fun to play with! You could purposefully get to to breach on your best nugget and wipe whatever abnos come for em as soon as they escape to have a duo that can just utterly destroy stuff for you. Theres also a lot of gimmicky stuff to be done with dragging abnos around the facility during an ordeal or core suppression to get them out of the way, but either way I definitely thought about this one the least so it mayhaps be a bit overpowered. Hey, I had to balance two terrible abnos with a nice one somehow maybe being way too strong is ok.
One of the abnos in my messed up little trio I’m making of varying levels of ‘god this would terrible to manage’ lol. Also I realized I used the subject number O-02-50 for the red herring and Queen Bee already uses 50 as the last numbers in its, but that’s ok. This one might be worse than the fish, but I like making abnos that are just, annoying to manage so mwahaha.

WHITE ELEPHANT: TETH
An abno meant to be a just straight up annoying to manage. It doesn’t necessarily breach in an employee killing way, but when it’s qliphoth counter drops it will leave containment and begin to follow a random employee in the facility. More on this in a bit, since I want to elaborate on what would drop the Qliphoth counter. The usual decrease on a bad work result would happen sure, but the only other thing that will drop the counter is if it isn’t worked on for awhile. Basically just don’t leave it alone for too long and you should be fine, the only probelm is it’s not very worth it to work on because it doesn’t grant many enkephalin boxes, but it’s ego gear is sorta decent. It’s still a TETH though. Oh also it only has a single count on said counter so. Good luck.
Moving on from that, when breaching It won’t attack the employee it follows, but on every containment unit the employee passes, it places a little bow ontop of it that makes it look like a little present! This doesn’t directly do anything, but it comes into play with the abnos actual gimmick. In order to get it to stop putting bows, the employee has to bring it back to containment manually. No health bar that killing it will bring it back to its little house, it has to be walked back. This sucks immensely because depending on what employee gets it you could be walking across the whole facility, but they aren’t prohibited from workin on other abnos while it’s out so it’s not too bad. Just make sure you’ve got Joint Command and you should be fine
The annoying part comes into play either after it’s been brought back into containment or if you try to get past this next effect by just, not bringing it back.
The next time it’s Qliphoth counter drops, or if it’s been wandering the facility for too long, it starts to get sad. At this point its gimmick comes into play. All of the containment units that currently have a bow will have their Qliphoth counters begin to drop! It’s just Nameless Fetus but WORSE!! It’s not as fast acting but you get my point. To get this to stop just bring it back to containment or make an employee work on it. The bows will reset next time it breaches. Anyway yeah. That’s my nightmare abno. It should not be a TETH but the point of a real white elephant is that it’s just straight up annoying and does not give anything back.
I like to imagine that if this was an actual critter you could get, it would be fairly easy to manage, but then you forget about it because it’s not noteworthy at all. And then it becomes the worst abno in your facility because oopsie, you let it breach! Well it can’t be targeted so I guess it’ll just wander a bit, hey employee go do some work on this part of the facility! Why is everything breaching.
if this thing had any management strategy at all, you either just don’t let it breach at all, or the fun part. AKA, you very carefully route the effected employee through the facility so that it only puts a bow on abnos without Qliphoth counters, or ones that said counter going down on wouldn’t be as bad as something like an ALEPH breaching would.

As usually rambles below the cut. Extra nonsensical this time because I didn’t proofread, also as usual. Wahoo!!!
ALRIGHT straight into game mechanics because that’s what I find fun.
this tree’s got ants!! little guys called T-04-11-2, aka all the little flowers in weird places around the tree. They’re pink and yellow and very cute.
Upon a bad/neutral work result, or if attachment work is done, a little ant starts to wander around the facility! They’re only zayin class, and don’t even attack employees. They also don’t count as a breached abno on the end day result screen so it’s very likely that you won’t even notice they left or were out at all.
They’ll wander aimlessly around the facility before latching onto another containment unit in the facility and basically stealing some of the energy that whatever Abno they entered the containment of produces. It’ll make employess who go in more likely to have bad or neutral work results, but after the work is done they leave carrying the enkephalin they sapped! It’s cute to look at. Also if you do want the energy they stole you can kill em to get it back. They are quick though, make sure you’ve got a ranged attacker because they will RUN.
When they go back to the tree, another layer of ants/ flowers show up, and this is what ACTUALLY drops the qliphoth counter. The ants are bringing food back to the colony! The thing here that will get you is multiple ants can be out at once, and because they’re hard to notice you can accidentally drop the counter fairly quickly (It’s a large counter though so don’t worry too much). The ants can be killed and they tend to dilly dally quite a bit so it’s not terrible but make sure you’re watching for little flowers around the facility. When the counter is at its lowest, the tree is just fully engulfed in ants, you can’t even see it through the hoard at this point it is ALL flowers.
And then for the breach. Haha, have fun with the massive hoard of HE rank ants that split into two smaller TETH rank piles of ants when taken down! They don’t have much health but they WILL get you!
Anyway the good news is the ego gift they give out has a special property where whatever employee is wearing said gift, they start to heal SP without needing white damage done to them or any of the usual ways. Passive SP healing! Yay! It’s very very slow, but still!
the little code for this thing is T-04-11 because the ants technically aren’t the abno, the tree is (hence the 04 instead of 02), they’re just another aspect taking advantage of the tree. Because while I like symbiosis and the actual tree I based this off (Ant tree’s) have a good relationship with the ants that inhabit them, parasites are cool. So the ants are parasites now.
