I have never seen such a butchering of characters as bad as the elsword lightnovel. It’s not like canon does a better job at developing characters but who ever writes this and thinks its even sub par needs to stop. We can’t have character interaction without it being in a hot springs and them half naked or in some type of fanservicey situation. Its baffling to me how some people think this garbage is even canon but it does scare me that this is being endorsed by KOG themselves. If I were given the same premise and plot to work with I’d probably do a million times better as I would have a guide on how not to write it, that guide being Time Trouble.
