Ahhh thank you for asking! It made my day to get a question about that story.

I do have a lot of headcanons of where everyone ends up but I don't have any immediate plans to make a sequel. At most I may consider a series of one-shots about them. I am so invested in them!

so some prompts I really want to read I hang onto to hopefully write some day

BUT

here are some themes I LOVE/would love to read

petty Elphaba and Fiyero being jealous/trying to make each other jealous (usually if they aren't already together)

Fiyero getting mad/defending Elphaba against people (students, her father, etc.)

ELPHABA getting mad and defending FIYERO (his family, etc.)

having an affair with each other

Elphaba/Fiyero as exes who clearly want to get back together but won't admit it (because they're STUBBORN)

so I guess I like when they get messy HA (until they finally learn how to actually talk about their feelings of course)

those are some themes I like reading, among many others! I'm personally more of a hurt/comfort and angst (with a happy ending if it's a chapter story) fan over fluff. I like a lot of conflict.

* There will be an AO3 collection. It will be moderated to avoid spam, so works won’t appear for a little while after you submit them. Works don’t have to be submitted to the collection but it’s a nice way to see all the new works for the event!

* The prompts are for inspiration, you don’t have to follow them and it’s totally okay if you miss some!

* There are two prompts per week/weekend, if one doesn’t really work for you don’t have to use it! You can create different works for each prompt or combine them into one giant Fiyeraba work or something in between, whatever floats your boat!

* All Fiyeraba fan works are allowed. You can make drabbles or 100k+ word epics, you can create quick sketches or paint the cystine chapel, you can make meta, gifs, a knitted sweater or anything else you want featuring Fiyeraba!

I've been writing Wicked fanfiction (extremely off an on) for close to 15 years now. I've received nominations and have placed before, but nothing quite like this. It's an almost overwhelming honor. It's very hard for me to talk myself up/promote my work but this is really cool for me.

I've been considering this since the time I posted it. I wouldn't be making any changes to the story itself, but I would divide the ~12,000 word fic into chapters instead of one piece.

Thoughts:

Pro: I think that I (and others) might have an easier time reading it if it were in smaller bites

Pro: the story has very defined breaks that would make it easy to chop up

Con: I don't want to confuse people by thinking its updated when the story content itself has not changed

Con (?): It was originally intended as a one-shot (but got very long)
