I found it next to a trash can...I fed him and I think , that he is better now. But he will surely need more help in the future because he is just a baby!” Ellin let out a soft sigh before handing the puppy to the other carefully as possible. “People are so mean sometimes, it truly breaks my heart...I almost cried.”
