Ahhhhh

I saw one guy whose spine literally fell apart on him, causing him to collapse as a limp noodle. I also think it was poking out of his chest. I think his wife was suffering from internal failure, because I didn’t see anything external, other than her agony. There was this other woman who was fully covered by tumor-like, blister growths until she literally could not function anymore.

So yeah… the entire human population was wiped out by some mystery termination gene, which suddenly decided to activate in exponential intervals. There was no cure, because there was no way to reverse or remove the gene once it had activated, and the human population couldn’t reproduce fast enough.

I think the very last dude on earth was some janitor, just wandering the sands next to the fleshy mounds of mutated corpses. And then he just like… turned to dust and floated off???
