i do personally see it as a possibility if they can’t get andrew lincoln to come back for the wrapping of season 4

amc are evil and it wouldn’t be the first time they’d break our hearts like this😭😭

it definitely hurts to say it but i can’t see an ending where daryl settles down (he totally could! and that’d be awesome!) but i just can’t see that far ahead in my brain

as he said in the last episode of season 3, he’s ALWAYS been running, and realistically, he always will be. he has intense generational trauma and i fear he will always be running until it kills him and it probably will

i dont see him dying as the number 1 prioritised ending, i think they’ll try get andrew lincoln back for a reunion before considering that. but i do see it as a possibility.

also with the new and (frankly shitty) writing, it’s also possible that if they can’t get andrew lincoln back that they’d cut the season just as they arrive at commonwealth. i really see that happening too😭
