[Raspy voice] Record 1235: Beau Broussard. The kid's lived a pretty normal life so far. We checked his background and... nothing. No trace of magic anywhere in his family line, and as far as we can tell, there wasn't any kind of triggering event either. Maybe he was born a medium and something shut his third eye when he was little, or maybe- Ah... [sighs] I don't know. Hell, with the way things are now, I don't even care. This kid needs help. He called yesterday, and he sounded desperate. Apparently this is the third house he's moved into this year, but the same spirit keeps following him, tormenting him over and over. The damn thing has already tried to kill him twice. He's been calling "experts." [Scoffs.] Most of them couldn't do a damn thing. A couple of them ended up getting themselves hurt. We're his last shot. So get over to the kid's place—and be on your best fucking behavior, Oz. We need to get rid of this spirit... and get that medium somewhere safe.
