Ingredients: 2 cans 15 oz each baked beans. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. 2 tablespoons smoky chipotle sauce. 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced bell pepper. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a large mixing bowl, combine the baked beans, BBQ sauce, smoky chipotle sauce, crumbled bacon, brown sugar, diced onion, diced bell pepper, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure even distribution of flavors. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the beans are hot and bubbly, and the top is slightly caramelized. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional bacon crumbles and chopped green onions if desired. Serve as a delicious side dish at your BBQ feast!

Instructions: Put lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic that has been minced, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. For at least 30 minutes, let the chicken breasts sit in the lemon herb mixture. Warm up the grill or grill pan on the stove over medium-high heat. The chicken should be cooked all the way through after 6 to 8 minutes on each side. After taking the chicken off the grill, let it rest for a few minutes. Then, cut it into thin strips. Put the mixed salad greens in a large salad bowl. Cut up avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese and sprinkle them on top of the greens. Place the chicken slices on top of the salad. Pour any lemon herb dressing that's left over the salad. Add fresh parsley as a garnish. Gently toss the salad to mix all the ingredients together. Serve right away and enjoy!
