You mean you want me to talk more??? Fine. 4. what's the thing you love the most about your Blorbo? Honestly, I love that he's jealous. Like he's willing to make the hard choices, even if they make people hate him, he's strong willed, able to think outside of himself and rule with a firm hand, but still deeply yearns for recognition and attention even if it takes him 2000 years to admit it to someone. I just aughhawfawfsdfs.

6. if you could talk to your Blorbo, what would you say to them? Oh gods... Uhh.... I can't say for certain, kinda depends on the situation we meet. Somnus isn't exactly someone I see talking to weird strangers who know a bit too much about him, but like nothing useful for the distant future. Also, I'd be too awkward to start a conversation. At best, I could tell him he becomes king if I met him before that happened, but that might just make him want to stab Ardyn more, distrust me. Just some guy who's not even Oracle blabbing to him about his future sounds like a scam lolol. 24. if you could change one canonical thing about your Blorbo, what would it be? There's not much to change about him with his limited screen time, but I've already ranted about that. I guess I'd like to have him more separated from just Ardyn. He mainly just exists because of Ardyn I know, but I'd like to know his day to day. How he'd talk with Gilgamesh and how he was with Aera before everything went down for example.

29. has a fanfic about your Blorbo ever made you cry? I don't read a lot of Somnus fanfics, he's either way majorly a bad guy that it isn't for me or then there's Bahamut blame with I don't agree with either. I end up having to trust an author before fully being willing to read their Somnus works. Also he's just not that popular of a fanfic subject, usually he's just a side character to Ardyn like always. Either way there is one fanfic mostly about Ardyn that still managed to make me cry for Somnus. It's from this one ao3 author called SanatheWolf, not sure if you've heard of them, Sana.

*Slams Somnus on the table* Blorbo asks indeed. I ended up having a lot more to say than I thought I would. 3. was there any specific point / any specific moment that suddenly made this character your Blorbo, or did you slowly grow to love them more and more until they became a Blorbo to you? Somnus was weird to me originally, I can't say I really cared for him other than the general bad guy we don't see much of. At best I felt disappointed when he just left in episode Ardyn cause it didn't feel complete to me. The twist to liking him however was because of my OC inserty shenanigans. Before Elianir smacked with his actualized character I had him jump about in timepoints I found interesting. He was originally in the ancient times mainly for healer Ardyn, but upon realizing he wouldn't know where the runaway would be I yielded to having interesting dynamics with Somnus. Little did I know I'd suddenly become infatuated with him just from taking the time to get to know him. Eventually I couldn't really bring myself to hate him after thinking about it all from his perspective. 5. what's the thing you dislike the most about your Blorbo? He's fairly absent despite being basically a cornerstone for the worldbuilding. Like more than half of Somnus's story is told to us by other people's perspectives. (Which often is misleading *cough* Ardyn *cough*) Even his like 15 minutes of screen time mostly consists of hallucinations that can't fully be taken on their word for his genuine character. It's both enjoyable to be able to make more to him myself but also come onnnn I want more!!! Although what I dislike about him as more of a character is the translations given to him. I'd found out so much from fellow fans of how much of Somnus's character was butchered and spliced into the malicious on purpose box when it wasn't like that in japanese. Odd. 13. is there any crime, any wrongdoing your Blorbo could commit that would make you stop loving them and remove them form your hyperfixation entirely?

You guessed it @sanathewolf! Hahaa. I'll be honest I don't think I worked on Protostar at all this week so instead you have short clip of the scenario that I daydreamed so hard I needed to write it down. (partially) ((Still Elianir though because I'm single minded for my OCs))

@sanathewolf dragging me into things again, hooray. I don't have a consistent writing habit so it's still just me working on Protostar the FFXV OC fic.

Also Somnus fans step up, it's tiring being the only one in the latests.
