They're not "helping you" in the slightest if they tell you you should quit. Nobody is perfect at art, especially if you're young or you haven't been drawing actively for several years. Try to get away from them and block them if you have to. Giving advice and bullying someone until they stop doing something they are passionate about are two completely different things.

Do not listen to people who tell you everything about your art is bad because it is not true.

You are creative and there is nothing wrong with your art
