Pizza Hut Blockbuster Box by Ogilvy Gilvy & Mather Group
Ogilvy & Mather Group have joined forces with Pizza Hut Hong Kong to launch a product innovation campaign, ‘pizza hut blockbuster box.’ The design introduces two components with four illustrated graphics.
When the goods arrive at home, simply pop out the hole, push in the friction-fit lens, and use your phone to scan a code and queue up a flick from Pizza Hut’s selection. Can’t get any better than that! See it in action! (via designboom)

I just love this.
Question of a young woman: “I want to be a director, and I’ve been told that there are enough artists in the world, and that’s not something I should pursue. Do you [agree with that?]”
Neil Gaiman’s answer: Saying that we have enough artists is like saying we have enough scientists, that we have enough designers, that we have enough politicians…we have enough politicians. Nobody gets to be you except you. Nobody has your point of view, except you. Nobody gets to bring into the world the things that you uniquely get to bring to the world except you. Saying there are lots of writers, directors, people with points of view, well it is true, but none of them are you. So if you believe somebody who says ‘we have enough of those’ you are giving up your chance to change the world in the way that only you could change it.

This design came out a few years back but even today it’s still one of my favorite brand identity projects for a major city. The M is intriguing, dynamic, and relevant with the changing times. I just can’t get enough of those geometric patterns!
