Desarae couldn’t help but roll her eyes, “ They’re not even the biggest diva’s I’ve worked with before, trust me. “ She had come by quite a few given her job but that seemed to be expected. “ I’ve worked with models that make her and that bitch of a mother of hers look like pretty little princesses. I’d love to see them try and talk like that to someone like that and see how it turns out. “ Lucky for her she had a tough enough skin to handle even the biggest of divas. 

Taking the other someone other than his bed was definitely not in his plans for the night, but he could pretend if it earned him some points in the end. He offered a slight shrug of his shoulders, “We can go anywhere your heart desires.” He commented. “Women have a habit of mistaking desperation with genuine interest these days it seems.” He wet his lips before he offered his hand out to her. “But, I’d be more than happy to keep things PG for now with a simple dance. Let me have a chance to win you over and then you can decide exactly what vibes you’re getting. Sometimes all it takes is a touch to properly understand someone.” That was meant in the most innocent manner though he would be lying if he said he wasn’t thinking about other sorts of touching.

Sebastian was in his element, whether or not he wanted to admit it. Town sponsored events weren’t exactly his type of thing considering he preferred more intimate setting such as nightclubs or lowkey parties, but this gave him the opportunity to get acquainted with a few new faces and old all in one. He was nursing his third drink when he noticed someone who caught his eye, downing the rest that was in the cup before deciding to approach them. He tipped his sunglasses that completed his greaser inspired look, eyes all pupils. The black pigmentation of his irises could have been excused as a trick of lighting but there was more to it. It also happened to be the explanation for his hunger for attention. “I could offer you a drink or engage in small talk but I’d rather not waste time.” He wet his lips. “There are two options here: we dance and you let me take you home afterward or we skip all of that and get the hell out of here.”

Given her profession, Desare had gotten used to dealing with divas. While most of her clients seemed to trust her better judgement there were always a few that thought they knew best. One in particular, had booked her for a prom look and had accused her of trying to make her look like crap, while her mother yaped on in her ear. “ Look, if you think you know so much more than me, then why don’t you find someone else to do your daughter’s makeup. “ she finally snapped back at the naggy mother. With a huff she pulled her daughter out while threatening to leave a bad yelp, review. “ Don’t let the door slam you on the ass. “ she muttered, secretly relieved she wouldn’t have to deal with that any longer. As she turned to the other who had witnessed the little incident she rolled her eyes, “ Let me guess, you’re going to tell me how unprofessional I was, right? “ 

Having two jobs was a bit stressful for Rey but she always did what she had to so that she could keep up with rent and other expenses. While she wished she could have made working part-time at the planetarium a full-time job, she knew it wouldn’t be possible for a while. So working at the diner it was. She was heading over to check up on one of her tables when she noticed that the familiar customer looked to be dozing off. She gently cleared her throat, “You know… I’ve learned first-handedly that these booths aren’t the most comfortable to fall asleep in.”

No matter how naturally energetic Spencer was, he needed his daily coffee fix if he was going to get through the rest of his shift. Unfortunately, the Krusty Krab didn’t serve coffee yet, so he was forced to visit the local diner. He only had a thirty-minute break so he had decided to call ahead and order it. When he stepped through the threshold, he glanced over the other guests before his gaze landed upon one in particular. He shuffled up to the table of the woman who looked as if she was falling asleep upright, styrofoam coffee cup in hand. He chuckled the moment she became more alert, “I just thought you might need this more than me.” He gently set the coffee down in front of her. “It’s fresh with just a bit of creamer but if you need some sugar, I’d be happy to get some for you.” 

“Sorry, just wanted to check in, see if you were alright” Asami said, taking a small step back now that the woman had jolted awake. The last thing she would have wanted was for someone else to find the sleeping woman, a dumb teen looking for trouble, or someone looking for a few bucks to steal. Despite the public area it probably wasn’t the safest place to sleep. “Let me treat you to a coffee or something. You look like you need one.”

Eden was sure she looked like a complete mess as she walked down the street, her overalls covered completely in different colored paint stains. Even some pieces of her blonde hair were now coated with pink, blue and green paint. She had done a project with the preschoolers which had gotten a little out of hand to say the least. It didn’t take the blonde long to notice the person staring at her, ( not that she could blame them of course ) letting out a slightly embarrassed giggle in the process. “ I know you’re probably thinking I look crazy right now but at least you can’t say that I didn’t have fun. “ 

The officer had always gone to the same nearly every morning for a cup of coffee and a donut. It may have been terribly cliche but he couldn’t help but enjoy it. Cassian had found a wallet laying near where he was at and took a look inside to see who’s it could’ve belonged to. It didn’t take him long to spot the woman sitting not too far away from where he was at. “ I just said I believe that you dropped this. “ he replied as held it out towards her.

Dealing with a particularly stressful day at the restaurant led to an unexpected surprise for the girl, everything around her had froze. Plates about to crash in mid-air, her manager yelling suddenly quiet and still as stone – it was the strangest thing she had ever witnessed. While she had experienced something vaguely similar in the past, it had never lasted this long. Six minutes of her panicking passed before everything resumed as if nothing had happened. Feeling faint, she haggled with her boss to have the rest of the day off so that she could be there earlier tomorrow and more alert. Once she stepped through the front door of her grandmother’s house – her house, she immediately began calling out for her older sister. “Prue!” She needed to confide in someone, even if there was a good chance Prue would find her insane.

Sandy didn’t mind that she had been running a little late. She was sure that she was busy with her own things. However she faked offence just to see how the girl would react. “ You better, I’ve been waiting on you forever. “ she replied before breaking out into a grin, a playful chuckle quickly leaving her lips. “ Dontcha worry about it, I wasn’t waiting around for that long.  “ she replied. She then extended her hand out towards her in a friendly sort of gesture. “ I’m Sandy, it’s nice to meetcha. I really hope I didn’t scare ya off. “ 

Getting ready for events like these always caused Gretchen to nearly embody confidence. Not only did she enjoy the process of dolling herself up, but she was able to show off her skills when it came to doing the hair and makeup of her friends. She lived for the feeling that came with being at Regina’s side during moments like these, giving her a natural high that couldn’t compare to any other chemically induced feeling in this world. Even wearing a mask, Regina somehow still commanded attention and thus that attention traveled over to her and Karen – they were the lucky few. But all it took was one snide comment about how she looked in her dress to send Gretchen crumbling. Initially, she tried to smile through it, but she couldn’t help it any longer. She was fairly drunk, sitting on the ground in a lone corridor of the town hall, mask in hand and empty flask at her side. She looked like an absolute mess. Her hair messy and mascara running down her face, but she didn’t care. At the sound of approaching footsteps, she lifted her gaze to look up at whoever was coming toward her. “What is wrong with me? Seriously, I want to know. Am I ugly? Is that it? Tell me why I’ll never be good enough for her.”
