“Oh my, you’re one pretty woman,” Cipher muses, her face inching closer to the blonde’s, basking in every sparkle in her eye. Within the confines of a huge manor, many guests danced and roamed, flaunting their riches and attempting to one-up each other in every which way imaginable. However, the two women were in the lavish gardens, amidst the pruned trees and rose bushes. The night sky loomed over them, with the moon captivated by Sunny’s ethereal appearance. The thief smirks. “I take it you’re not here with anyone tonight, so let me take the honour of being your first dance.”
Clasping her right hand with Sunny’s left, her left hand would work to rest on her waist, with her face still a little too close. Who could blame her? She’s beautiful. “After all, it’s not every day you find a diamond this rare.”
( Cipher to Sunny for Wacky because I said so!!!!! )
˗ˏˋ ♰ ˎˊ˗ She remembers the days of her youth when she would flip through books with images of balls, women in pretty dresses, and drawings of wealth far beyond her comprehension. It was a life she had always thought was unobtainable, yet time and time again she was proven wrong. Tainted blood is easily ignored if it is accompanied by a pretty face.
Truthfully, she doesn't know why she keeps attending. Perhaps some part of her found it entertaining to be there with her filthy, unwanted, lineage simply because it proved how little it mattered..
˗ˏˋ ♰ ˎˊ˗ A voice accompanied by a face too close snap her out of thought. Funny, she was usually good at sensing others. There was no time to dwell as the question is presented. This pretty lady wants to dance with her? Did she hear that right?? She would've dolled up more if she knew this was the outcome for the night.
Lips press into a soft and gentle smile, as her right hand finds itself on Cipher's left shoulder. For once the touch of a stranger doesn't warrant disgust, quite the opposite in fact. ❝I would be honored for my first dance to be with someone as lovely as you.❞ even if it was a dance no one else would be privy to, even if it was to be their one encounter, it felt more magical than any of those childish stories from days long past.
