Songs of the Past is an upcoming, full-fledged expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Officially announced by CD Projekt Red, it will return players to the role of Geralt of Rivia. It was a hazy morning, but, except for a single drowner snorting a short distance away, it was a peaceful way to start the day.

Pretty Boy Geralt - lovable and handsome. Despite his scars, he lacks the rugged looks of his Wolf Brother and best friend, Eskel, but both are well weathered from their life on The Path.

This is just my opinion based on what I know about Geralt's ordeal with the trials as a child: While Eskel and Lambert, both of whom did not go through anything extra, are openly expressive, Geralt's extra mutations, on top of any damage he may have suffered from that experimental trial, rendered him expressively subdued, but definitely not emotionless. He is highly emotional, but doesn't always know how to show, or handle, how he feels about something. This, I believe, is not only an asset (minimal expression means maximum effect), it is also his vulnerability.
