For some strange reason - I can see this.

I don’t know how it would work, I don’t know how it would come about…

But I can see Alistair sending his pregnant wife to Skyhold because it’s safer.

Yes - I can see it.

I can see her sharing a bed with Leliana because there is no way Leliana would leave her alone in a castle where anyone could get her.

I can see them both sitting in her bed, chatting away, remembering their travels during the Blight.

I can see her getting upset that Alistair is missing out on the child growing inside of her but the Inquisition does their best to keep her happy.

I can see Cassandra wondering what the hell she should do with a pregnant woman - one who is the Hero of Ferelden (one she had been searching for too) and wondering how she should act around her (especially if she is the Queen)

I can see Varric enthralling her with tales of Hawke and Co. I can see her telling Varric of the Anders she used to know and Varric quietly telling her that he would have liked to meet that Anders before telling her tales (nice ones) of Anders in Kirkwall.

I can see Iron Bull practically up to speed on her needs - he knows when she is going to sit down, when she is going to stand up, when she is going to order something, the moment she looks like she is about to cry (that is the moment he brings the Chargers in to keep her distracted) and they share stories of Sten.

I can see Solas being cautious around her before she tells him that she knew of a mage who had bound with a spirit - who helped saved them when they needed it and sadly admits that both the mage and spirit are not with them. She tells him of Justice and how she wished she had been there for them when they needed her. Solas warming up to her, telling her stories of the things he had seen in the fade.

I can see Dorian being in love with her, adoring her. Both of them flirting because he reminds her slightly of Zevran yet she accepts this mage in front of her without hesitation, regardless of his background because that is what she does - she had met many mages who were worthy of her trust and she can see that he is one as well.

I can see Cullen hesitating in approaching her (even more if she is the mage!Warden). He remembers his words, his actions but she approaches him, forgives him and he is happy, happy for her and then admits he is from Honneleath which gets a laugh out of her as she recalls Shale.

And I see Cole - compassionate Cole, who tells her of Wynne and how she died (protecting the woman her son loved). Telling her how much Alistair misses her. Telling her that her child is happy, can’t wait to see her and he assures her that the child is fine, alive and whole - the taint is not touching them, they safe.

I’m always so terribly tired at Fridays that I can barely hold my tablet pen.

So here you go: a sketch of equally tired Vax falling asleep in Dorian’s alcove. Vaxus doesn’t really like his quarters. They are way too big and empty for his liking. For a long time he shared a room with his sister. So if he has option to be in a comapany (and what a fine company Dorian is) he will always go for it.
