I am reluctant to use a laser pointer as a toy bc I've read its not good for them, and I only bought it as a means to trick Charlotte into leaving at night so I can sleep, but she actually loves it and she's worked out that the laser pointer is the source of the dot so when she wants me to make her a dot she finds the pointer and starts batting it around, which I think is pretty smart for a cat.

In films and shows where an animal dies, they should do a post-credits scene of that animal jumping back up after their "death" and getting treats and praise from the other actors for doing such a good job of playing dead.

They should take the animal on a press tour so we can all see he's okay.
