his  eyes  rolled  before  he  snatched  the tall glass, filled to the brim with alcohol. it was by no means anywhere close to the toughest challenge he'd accepted but difficult or not, he wasn't going to turn it down. raising the glass to his lips, its contents were quickly drained in a matter of seconds, a second sip unecessary. a satisfied grin plastered across his face as he loudly set the empty glass down.  ❝ told you it was easy. ❞

               they  watch  with  nothing  but  doe-eyes  and  interest,  signature  smirk  plastered  upon  features  as  optics  focus  on  the  dedication  happening  by  damon.  once  the  drink  is  downed,  they  can't  help  but  let  out  something  between  a  chuckle  and  impressed  scoff,  head  nodding  along  to  his  words.   “   sure,  easy,  but  you  do  know  that  was  a  double  and  you  just  chugged  it?  hope  you  had  something  to  eat,  my  dude,  otherwise  you  may  end  up  taking  the  cake  for  messiest  tonight.   ”   shoulder  shrugs,  amusement  sketched  on  features  as  black  straw  makes  way  between  glossed  lips.

" i recommend the spicy margarita . " quinn points out , flashing a wide grin to the person standing beside her at the open bar . the party was booming with chatter and music , so grabbing a drink was a necessity for the blonde . " that is if you can handle your tequila . "

               “   if  i  can  handle  tequila?  do  you  know  who  you're  talkin'  to,  babe?  obviously  i  can  handle  tequila,   ”   a  slight  scoff  to  showcase  the  offense  rushing  through  her  veins;  slight  gurgle  within  their  gut  promises  that  tequila  was  not  welcomed  at  the  time,  however  that  wasn't  going  to  stop  them  from  proving  a  point,  standing  up  straight  and  order  voiced  to  the  bartender.

                      being  fashionably  late  is  most  definitely  intentional,  and  not  because  he'd  forgotten  about  this  entire  birthday  bash.  kimmy  would  understand,  surely.  per  usual,  the  bar  calls  to  him  after  minimal  small  talk with the other guests,  sliding  into  the  only  somewhat  crowded  bar.  "i'll  have  whatever  they're  having,"  vinnie  says,  head  nodding  to  the  person  next  to  him,  only  acknowledging  them  after  the  fact. he hated ordering his own drink, anyway.  "it's  my  first  one of  the  night."  it  definitely  was  not.  what was he meant to do? not do shots before he got here? "did  you  get  anything  good,  or  should  i  be  worried?"  he  asks,  teasing  laced  in  his  tone  as  he  relaxes  against  the  edge.

               of  course  they  had  been  one  of  the  first  ones  to  arrive;  a  party  and  free  bar?  who  were  they  to  show  up  late  and  get  the  slim  pickings  that  would  come  from  the  bottom  of  the  barrel  after  everyone  was  on  their  highs?  sweet  and  feigned  innocence  is  sketched  upon  features  with  her  smile  and  doe-eyes,  although  anyone  who  knew  her  would  be  fully  aware  that  the  glossed  over  effect  of  their  optics  was  a  sign  that  chaos  was  just  lingering  in  the  background  if  another  drink  was  ordered  after  the  one  within  their  grasp.  turning  towards  the  voice,  they  let  out  a  chuckle,  shoulder  shrugging.   “   you  decided  to  trust  me  blindly,  therefore  you  will  be  getting  said  drink,  blindly.  if  you  don't  like  it,  i'll  be  heavily  offended  if  you  don't  finish  it.  don't  go  wasting  good  alcohol.   ”   it's  a  tease;  own  personal  motto  following  the  words  :  my  momma  didn't  raise  no  bitch  when  faced  with  something  they  didn't  entirely  like.

"sorry, but can i help you at all?" leo sounds palpably annoyed, which he kind of is, but he's also incredibly anxious and self-conscious, and that's less apparent. he tries, though — really tries, tries to maintain some semblance of calmness and politeness.

               “   me-ow?  who  pissed  in  your  cheerios,  dude?   ”   voice  is  teasing  in  a  manner,  shot  taken  within  seconds  before  the  empty  glass  makes  contact  with  the  bar  top  once  again.  brow  raised,  waiting  impatiently  for  the  other  to  finally  make  a  sentence.   “   definitely  wasn't  staring,  but  maybe  take  it  as  a  compliment  next  time.   ”

               there's  a  moment  where  they're  offended,  looking  towards  the  taller  of  the  two  with  a  glare  behind  hazel-coloured  optics.   "   i'm  actively  hurt  that  i'm  not  in  the  running,  sebby.  i  mean  look  at  me,  i'm  sure  i'll  cause  some  sort  of  choatic  argument  over  who  will  get  my  attention  at  the  end  of  the  night.   "   lower  lip  pouts  outwards,  eyes  widening  to  mimic  a  sad  puppy.

  “         oh    now you can't believe that's    true,  ”     fluttery    laugh    slips    out,     “         i    would    never    get    a    stunt    double    for    something    so    simple    -    imagine    all    the    fun    you'd    miss    out    on.   ”

               "   oh,  please,  i'd  love  to  have  someone  do  all  my  stunts,  imagine  getting  all  the  money  and  only  doing  half  the  work?  c'mon,  you  gotta  think  of   the  positives  here,  babe.   "   elena  muses  with  a  signature  smirk  lingering  on  features,  pulling  her  black  straw  between  lips,  their  gaze  never  leaving  isla's  face.
