Reflecting on what I did today. I did a few TikToks to get more acclimated to being in front of the camera. It's still hard for me since I'm not used to having a camera in my face. I'm looking pretty good in the mirror lately and noticed I have a lot more confidence then I use to have.

New video posted! New to video recording.....in regards to being okay with seeing myself on camera! Only took me 91 lbs to lose to find the confidence to except my appearance! Thought I'd start something new!

Today I get to experience what it feels like to look amazing in a sz 10 dress! I'm so happy with my results and how I look! I honestly can't believe it's me!! 🥂 here is to new year with new beginnings & health! 87lbs gone forever!

Hey All,  I haven't been very proactive on tumblr for a bit. I was suppose to keep up with my weight and posting. I’m already going on my 7th month post op. I had the RNY June 11th 2020. It went smooth and the only pain that I had was from all the gas they pumped in my stomach. First 2 weeks I thought I was literally going to die of thirst. The down falls are the recovery of nutrients lost. I still don't get enough water in my body. I don't eat much and picky on what little I do eat.  I can see the stigma that we are forced to have by the way our parents raised us. My father revolves his whole day around what food he is going to eat next. Today I got the “How.” How did I get to be almost 300 lbs. The way I was raised and the experiences I’ve had. So it all makes sense now! However I have been able to get my life back and have a 2nd chance at a healthy relationship with food.

Day 4 today I weighed in. Down 8lbs splurged today went to Applebees but kept to my low carb. Steak shrimp and broccoli. Can tell I haven't had much salt cause it was sooooo salty! Day 2 is here! Meals: Eating the same thing I ate yesterday! 1 more day and I can eat apples and a little bit of veggies with sugar in them...i.e. carrots sweet peas. Oh and yogurt too! Didnt get to post... Day 1 of my sugar detox! Meals consist of vegetables, protein (poultry, fish) and healthy fats. I ate broccoli, grilled chicken. Had raw walnuts for snack.
