Ive had artblock recently… and have been making little animations over on TikTok, BUT ITS OKAY heres some recent pieces!

I like posting on Tumblr because I can have little rambles about each piece. So heres my little rambles about each piece.

The first one is based on the official art where they are all mythical creatures and teru is a dragon! It was also to practice colour theory. Im not too mad with the outcome but I wish my values were better. I’ll definitely practice my values more.

Second was just to get my motivation back from artblock. I was thinking of the quote from the end of Mogami arc, i cant remember it completly but it was something about mobs true self/rawest form.

Third one is based on the official art where theyre all nekos with instruments and whatnot. Ive always felt like the idea of a half human half cat was executed kindaaaa boring with most neko-like characters. I wanted to emphasize the cat half with claws and pawpads and fangs and stuff without a full anthro/furry character. It was also to practice a new kind of lighting, according to the video I watched to study this, it is called “no atmosphere” lighting, like in space. I think it turned out well! (Also he is wearing splatoon clothes cause I loveee the fashion in splatoon)

Fourth is again, more doodling to get my motivation back. Experimenting with blues and greens is fun too, I like environment practice.

Then the last one is aged up terumob cuddles! Maybe late teens or early adults? They were meant to be fully grown adults but I accidentally made them look pretty young. Also they have a cat! I totally think they’d have a cat or a pet when theyre older. They would def have a kid too. I WANT TO DRAW TERUMOB PARENTS but I just… cant draw… toddlers…..uhjjkjhhh…terumobfamillyiscannon

Okay on the topic of AUs I have been working on my TLOZ (the legend of Zelda) and Splatoon aus, they are a lot of funnn… I made a ritshou comic for my TLOZ au but I might make a separate post for that ☺️
