what are good tips to not binge??

Hit 116 yesterday!! i have my school formal today hoping for 115 or lower:)

born to post on tumblr and twitter every second forced to be at school.

okay so I don’t have an expected time to hit my goal (105 lb) but I was thinking around 5-6 weeks, so im gonna start maintaining 400 a day when im not fasting !! weekends will be around 700-800 cals i think though :) !

today I broke my two days fast, I felt nauseous all day and even when I drank water :((! I had a chicken strip and some mashed potatoes and now im going to workout. I hit 118 today I hope I don’t gain after that.

so hard not to binge during a fast!! ive been drinking so much warm water to fulfill my hunger and it works pretty okay! im at 42 hours of my 95 hour fast :))

guys!! I just finished 24 hours of my 95 hour fast!^^
