Tuesday, February 22 The Moon is still in Scorpio territory today. It is very much under pressure as it comes into a tense square with Saturn in Aquarius first thing in the morning. This indicates work to be done, feelings of limitation, or encountering obstacles. As the Moon continues its journey, it then comes into a sextile with Mars and Venus, which eases the tension a bit and reminds us why we are doing this work. Later in the evening, the Moon finally meets the karmically charged South Node in Scorpio. This might be uncomfortable because we become acutely aware of a lack of control or disempowering situation. This will help you understand what needs to change in this area. Your dreams could be intense tonight so take note. The closer we get to bedtime the closer Mars and Venus get to a sextile with Neptune. This will last from tonight through til the 24th. It is an overarching theme of the spiritual and material world informing one another and working together. I expect synchronicities, dreams, and spiritual insight to be super high during the next three days. The Moon is in Capricorn today joining the party of Mercury Retro & Pluto in the late degrees - Mars and Venus are covering the early degrees of Capricorn making it a whopping 5 planets in this sign. The last time we had this happen was late 2019/Early 2020. I’m sure you can remember what that period of time was like. This time, however, it’s more of a revisitation. Mercury is moving closer to its exact conjunction with Mars in Scorpio. This is a potentially inflammatory transit but definitely a motivating one. Mercury rules the mind and in Scorpio we are thinking and communicating about where we want control in our lives which will make it nearly impossible to avoid obsessing about our truest and deepest desires - and Mars the planet of will-power and action might just push us to the decision to DO SOMETHING about the situation in question. But keep in mind at the same time these planets are meeting up they are also forming a square with Saturn in Aquarius, which is saying there is more work to be done as we innovate our foundations and the way we work towards our goals. We awake this SaturnDay with the Sun (FINALLY) making its exact square to Saturn just before it rises. At around 9:30 am the energy shifts quite a bit as Mars makes its move into its home sign of Scorpio. This will be a palpable shift in how we engage with reality. We have received the message from Saturn about exactly what work will be required and suddenly we find the strength and will to do what is necessary. This activates our power center and the need to transform ourselves. Mars in Scorpio can be quite passionate and intense but is extremely good for getting things done and helping us to stand in our power. The Moon starts out in Leo but at around 2 pm moves into discerning Virgo which will encourage us to get the details right. This will be a weekend of realizations. Sunday 31st The major story on this day of Halloween is Mercury in Libra approaching a trine to Jupiter in Aquarius all day which will be exact just before midnight. This will expand the need to be social, have conversations, be creative, and do anything considered Mercurial. The Moon in Virgo trines Uranus in Taurus mid-day giving us a need for spontaneity especially in regards to our daily routines and rituals. But later in the evening the Virgo Moon starts to oppose Neptune. This is what I would call a thin veil. Dreams and intuition will be active but delusion and confusion easy to fall into. Keep your wits about you as this lends itself to escapism which some will find in the form of drugs and alcohol.
