How often Do I Need an AC Tune-Up?
Anyone who has had to endure a day or more without air conditioning can attest to this being downright miserable. So the smart thing to do is ensure your AC unit is working well and how do you ensure that? By having routine AC Tune-Ups twice a year. Yes, that’s right TWICE a year. When you own an air conditioner or any other home appliance regular maintenance is the key to the life expectancy of that unit.

What is an AC SEER Rating?
You may have heard AC technicians talk about SEER ratings but you never really understood what that meant. SEER stands for seasonal energy efficiency ratio. The newer air conditioners have a higher SEER rating than AC's that are ten years or older. The higher your AC's SEER rating the less electricity it will consume, which makes it more efficient.
