Paradise

When negative thoughts come, the key is to never verbalize them. Pay attention to what you’re inviting into your life.

Time runs like sand between our fingers. We look back at photos and writings, and we wonder how far away we are now and how much has changed. Sometimes we regret not having lived that time more intensely, taken more in so that we could take more with us into the future. But we can still do that now, it’s in our hands.

Life’s tragedies, and if you haven’t had them yet you most certainly will, are the dark side of life. That’s why we need to take in as much of the beauty as we can: of the flowers, of the animals, of the mountains, the sea and sunsets, and of loving human eyes. That’s the balance, and if we don’t balance out the tragedies, we will have lived a sad life. My prayer is that those who live in tragedy will find the strenght to balance out their life with the beauty of it.
