“Le Studio d’Orphée” è un atelier, uno studio di registrazione e di montaggio, un luogo di vita e di lavoro di Jean-Luc Godard (1930 – 2022) che ha trovato collocazione al primo piano della galleria Sud. Nel 2019 il cineasta ha deciso di trasferirvi il materiale tecnico, utilizzato nella realizzazione dei suoi ultimi film a partire dal 2010, così come i mobili, i libri, i quadri e gli altri oggetti personali provenienti dal suo studio-abitazione di Rolle in Svizzera. Il titolo cita espressamente il mito di Orfeo ed Euridice e stabilisce un parallelo tra il regista e il poeta-musicista greco.
