My heart is heavy, and that’s okay.

Mile stone moment.

I’ve been off and on meds since I was 14?

Today marks the longest I’ve ever STAYED on them consistently, and boy howdy.

My allergies have been in check.

My back is holding me up & not back.

My brain. Hahahaha. My brain. Its always a whirlwind of extremes, they don’t make meds for that, but there’s been no risky behavior. I’ve been managing the mood swings. They’re not managing me. Life is.. exciting? Still feels weird to say, but I enjoy living more days than not now.

Communications key, don’t stop talking.

What if it isn’t. What if you love so freely and talk so deeply it isn’t hard. It doesn’t feel like work.

Maybe the only thing that hurts is your own insecurities that you’ve learned to overcome.

Maybe it’s not work, but a passion project. Building the relationships you’ve always wanted. You deserve it. Don’t look back.

The days will never feel long enough, no time is ever enough when you have so much to give, but no time to share. You’ll figure it out.
