I believe most cunts should not go beyond Level 1 and Level 2. But for those who need to be challenged here are a few more levels. Remember, always follow rule number 1. Also, there is not trophy for over achievers. All you accomplish as you go up in levels is learning to turn your brain to mush for longer and longer periods of time. Have fun!

By the way, the following is not set in stone. Is just a very very general guideline.

Level 1: Novice (First week)

Do the clock for 15-20 minutes.

Level 2: Beginner (First month)

Requires having done the clock at least 3 times at level 1.

Do the clock 30-45 minutes.

Level 3: Intermediate (After 3 months)

Requires doing the clock at level 2 at least 5 times.

Do the clock 60-90 minutes

Level 4: Expert (After a Year)

Requires doing the clock at Intermediate level at least 10 times.

Do the clock 2-4 hours.

Level 5: Extreme (After 2 years)

Requires doing the cock at Expert Level at least 15 times

Pick a partner who will agree to receive your messages.

Strip naked.

Go to a dark room, preferably a closet, and bring with you only your phone.

Kneel or sit on the floor.

Choose a time when you agree to stop. I advise no more than 30 minutes on your first try. Once you get a feel for it, you can try to go longer, but anything between 10 and 30 minutes is a good start.

Pick a mantra that suits you. Example: "i am a mindless cunt"

Set a timer for 1 minute.

When the timer goes off, reset it for another 1 minute. Then open tumblr on your phone and DM me or a person of your choosing. Type the time and your mantra. Example: "10:30 AM i am a mindless cunt".

After you sent the message, you may put the phone down and resume rubbing and groping in the dark.

you are allowed to copy and paste the mantra if you want. The goal is to let your mind melt and get dumb and needy. If copying and pasting instead of typing makes it easier to get lost in the experience, then go ahead.

After the time is up, you may leave the closet and go about your day. Or, most likely, beg for cummies (or an extension to stay longer in "clock mode").

Feel free to change any step to suit your situation. If doing this with a partner, they may choose to lock you in the closet until you are done. They may also decide not to let you know how long you'll be there. I'd advise caution though. Keep things short and fun at first. A cunt could be kept as a clock for hours. Instructions:
