Harepaw has recieved the best Thunderclan has to offer for as long as he can remember. He was born with not only a stub tail but an abundance of extra toes, making him one of the most divine cats in the clan. He was apprenticed one moon early, leaving behind his littermate, Petalpaw, in the nursery and given the deputy himself as a mentor. For the first 4 moons of his life his older brother, Sunfang, visited him daily and was much more emotionally present than their father, but even since he’s been apprenticed Sunfang has been giving him less and less attention, which confuses and upsets the young apprentice to no end. He’s still adored by the clan, of course, and his father seems to always be next to him, along with Silverheart. He’s timid by nature and is never sure of his own decisions, except for when he really wants something. He has trouble focussing which often leaves his mentor and father disappointed, which he feels more guilty about than sad or angry. Due to his upbringing Harepaw has an unspoken sense of entitlement and always assumes the best is for him. Every since he was born the Star Walker, Cottonmoon, has watched him closely and two have become close friends, Harepaw knows that if he were born a she-cat he would be her successor and part of him wishes he were, though, he’d miss her after her ceremony.

Fogpelt is the not so proud parent of the current Star Walker and mate to the prettiest she-cat. To an outsider, it seems he has everything he could ever want, and yet, his heart wanders. Despite his apathy towards his clan and the she-cats in his life, he still manages to get analogue well with his son, Alderscratch, even getting to mentor him when Mudlily, fell ill. Cats often speculate why he favours his son so much, some think he has a bias against she-cats, while others believe it’s a grudge against the divine, neither him or Poppyface offer any insight regarding the situation, and their son insists that neither is the case, but doesn’t have an answer to what is the case. Despite his noticeable dislike of his mate, she still protects him, and tries her best to cover for his short-comings, yet he never shows a speck of appreciation. The clan suspects Fogpelt is having an affair with Lubella, an attractive kittypet, yet she remains without kits, and if fogpelt is having an affair, he makes sure no one catches him coercing with her. Fogpelt is perhaps one of the least liked warriors in his clan, and he doesn’t seem to mind. He’s dismissive and snarky, making him rather unpleasant, but he’s got a quiet and heavy era of sadness and exhaustion around him, with an overtone of self hatred, but that’s just self made karma.

Poppyace became mates with Fogpelt when the two were still apprentices and birthed a son and a daughter, one being incredibly divine and receiving the role of Starwalker. She is now known as the prettiest she-cat in Thunderclan, her looks combined with her sweet personality seems to please everyone, with the exception of her mate and son, Fogpelt and her are not on speaking terms. The reason for their icy relationship isn’t completely clear, but it seems that Fogpelt’s complete dismissive of his daughter has something to do with it, he may have only wanted toms, as he gets along with his son, or perhaps he harbors a strong grudge against the divine. Unlike her mate, Poppyface will always be their for her daughter, Cottonmoon and her are very close, sometimes even treating her like a kit, though she doesn’t seem to mind. She’s glad her daughter still has a relationship with Alderscratch, her brother, despite them each only liking one parent, Poppyface admits she had been overwhelmed with Cottonkit as a young queen, and didn’t give her son the attention he needed. Poppyface is still a young cat, but seems to have forgotten how to be a warrior, she didn’t even finish her training, after all, and tends to hover outside the nursery, waiting for something to help with. She’d love to have a second litter, but knows Fogpelt has no interest in siring them, she suspects he’s even having an affair with Lubella, a promiscuous kittypet, but doesn’t have a heart to expose him. Poppyface truly doesn’t know what to do with herself besides doting over Cottonmoon. She hopes Alderscratch will have kits soon, perhaps he’d allow her to help with them, but the attractive young tom seems to lack any interest in a mate entirely.

As an undivine cat Alderscratch has lived in the shadow of his incredibly divine sister, Cottonmoon, his entire life. Despite their differing statuses the two still manage to harbor a close bond. He’s  one of Thunderclan’s best warriors, but his fighting skills come from unmanaged anger and misplaced energy. He’s gotten lots  of practice from a habit of springing into battle at every confrontation or sly remark, that is, only with other undivine cats, and perhaps Barkclaw occasionally, he’s not foolish enough to get himself killed by the divine that easily. Even as a kit he got into fights, especially with a tom several moons older than him, now called Sunfang, the two have surprisingly become close friends. He also has a close relationship with his father who despite ignoring his daughter entirely took his son under his wing as a kit, and even got the chance to mentor him for his last couple moons. Mudlily, a senior warrior, was his first mentor, and the two remain close, even if Mudlily refuses to admit it due to her chronic grumpiness. Alderscratch holds a quiet distaste for his clan, stemming from the inferiority they opposed onto him, but he feels powerless against them, and doesn’t want to estrange his sister.

Zelig is a mischievous and helpful loner who, despite being a skilled hunter, prefers to sleep in the underbrush of Riverclan’s old territory and chase the occasional feather. He’s is often spotted relaxing just outside the Thunderclan border and the clan cats unable unable to reach a consensus on how he crosses the river so many times without being swept up by the current or killed by the jagged rocks, some believe Riverclan held the ability to swim like fish and that he may be their descendant, but most regard that as nothing but a silly tale, cats can’t swim. He also has strange ruffly fur, like a baby bird, which would make him very divine, if he weren’t a filthy loner, that is. Perhaps the aspect of him that confuses Thunderclan the most is his ambiguous scent, which possesses both aspects of a she-cat, with an underlying scent of a tom, and he never seems to offer any “clarification” on the matter. Despite how puzzling he is to clan cats Zelig often finds himself just as confused over their peculiar practices, but he doesn’t really want to know the full extent of them. Zelig is often asked by other non-thunderclan cats why he stays so close to their territory, there aren’t any twolegs who care for him and he doesn’t even share sliced meat with them, Zelig has only insisted that it’s home to him, and he would miss it if he were to leave, but this isn’t true, there’s only one reason he stays, and he knows it’s an irrational and foolish one, but no cat can control their heart.
