TBH this theory was always a bit of a stretch since we were dealing with only one tangible side of the theory (this picture) and trying to tie it in to the Kaisoo apartment theory because it was possible. A lot of research and collaboration went into the idea but also a lot of “filling in the blanks” had to be done to make it work (as with most theories). The revelation that this is a dorm apartment doesn’t really surprise me as much as the dorm itself (more on that to come). 

Sorry it didn’t pan out, I tried to emphasize that it was a theory after all, but I am sorry regardless, as I encouraged everyone to believe in it by hoping for it myself and working so hard to provide evidence, real or theoretical.

As many of you have already figured out I am sure, the shots below show that this dinner must have taken place in the dorm. Here are some visual details tying it together:

Which apartment - upstairs or downstairs??

I used stills from the video of the apartment Junmyeon is in (which I believe is the downstairs dorm) because it seems to be identical. However, I am going to say that Sehun/KS dinner was in the upstairs apartment, not downstairs (oh no, another theory!). I just used the video to line up the picture to show how it matches the apartment layout.

Why do I think this?

It makes sense to me that KS would cook in his own (dorm’s) kitchen upstairs where he knows where everything is and will have his usual supplies on hand, rather than rifle around cupboards looking for basic ingredients.

Also, comparing the two close-ups below, the Sehun/KS picture shows a very organized and uncluttered kitchen versus one piled with stuff all over the counters. My bet is that the tidy one is KS’s dorm kitchen.

Also, a minor “proof” is that the table is situated differently in the Sehun/Ks photo than in the Junmyeon still shot. Given that Jongin appears to be in the other apartment with the table turned the same as the dinner photo, I am going to say it is the same place, the upper apartment. Interesting both apartments have the same table and chairs, just arranged differently (which turns out to be quite helpful!).

But obviously I have no real way of knowing where this meal actually took place (up or down), other than from the photos and video we have at our disposal. Just connecting the visual dots because I love the challenge.

Oh, and just so you don’t think that I have become too level-headed: I wholeheartedly believe JI took that dinner picture.  👀 😜

I made these while gathering info - going between several videos was doing my head in!  

We are assuming the upstairs/downstairs configuration by what EXO has SAID, so I am basing the placement of the photos/stills on where I think each is: up or down.

Exactly my point! Like Hee and M*mo, the same situation. They still ask Hee about her, or tease him but nothing else, and Hee is from SM. Same as H*una and Da*n, they’re dating normally (even tho their company was a little shit and they did what they did) but even with that, they continued together to other place that accepted them, and didn’t break up… So, any argument about them being exposed and therefore needed to hide to date in private is bs… 

Plus! I was always looking for those ‘SM staged rs photos’ in other rs ‘scandals’ that usually involved dipshit taking secret photos of the supposed new couple meeting somewhere underground with usually no masks, not really hiding, dating out in the open, meeting usually in someone’s car and going nowhere. And we have to have their shared photos taken otherwise it doesn’t count. 

We didn’t get that with H*una and E*awn. They literally dated for 2 years before coming clean by themselves. And you want to tell me that the queen H wasn’t followed by media or that Da*n wasn’t in the public eye since he was in a rookie group that started big. Same with Hee and M*mo and J*hyo and D*niel. They didn’t have ‘those photos’ and are still dating. We had some blurry af photos where we have two blobs that media was certain were D and Jih but other than that, nothing. 

I’m gonna get hate for this, lol

First of all, this is old news, like ancient :’) And I’ve talked about this in those couple of days it was still ‘on’. On the other hand, there were a lot of holes in their moments because they’re staged. Otherwise their relationships would’ve survived exposure, like we have other rs still breathing and living to the fullest even with the public knowing about them. And don’t tell me that they were busy to date or they got hate for that, because I think their supposed rs was one of the most loved/praised because ‘they go well together’ - this is especially important because the companies counted on this as a marketing ploy for making the rs believable, and we literally have idols from different companies that date and they make it work (plus, J wasn’t so busy at the time, sorry).

You could find literally thousand videos of different malexfemale idols’ moments that are just that. It doesn’t mean that his thumbs up was because he wanted to marry her. Otherwise we would say that Jun was dating everyone from RV just because of how much he celebrates with them whenever they win. And some could say that Jun’s friends with them, so this could apply to Ji too. It’s normal to congratulate someone on their win, even tho I don’t see Ji doing so, or at least pat them on their back/shake their hand, but he doesn’t do anything of such. Again, they’re from different companies and they’re not from the same gender so maybe it’s a no-no, but his behavior on that stage could be explained in million more ways. 

On the other hand we have years and years (even predebut when it wasn’t necessary to do any skinship for the fans) of KJ moments. Literal moments like jagi, jacket switch, praising both the most, ‘i want to kiss hyung’s head’, ‘i would be Ji’s fan’, ‘hyung, couple with me’, those famous matching boners on stage, predebut Ksoo laying down over Ji, both finding each other and literally sleeping together in ladder, all those gazes and pats on and off stage, taking care of one another, Ksoo interrupting everyone to walk to the other side just to fix Ji’s jacket, I love you’s for idk how many times and so on and so on that are overlooked by a lot of people just because it’s normal for idols from same group to do skinship for the fans, but Ji smiles towards a female idol once and boom they’re expecting a baby.

I’m getting worked up for nothing, lmao

What I’m trying to say is that KJ have more moments with each other than with anyone else and they’re still mocked for not being even friends, or the most recent one - they hate each other actually, biggest lmao. 

So don’t worry :)
